Philippine Airlines (PAL) announced on September 25, 2026 that it will resume nonstop service between Manila Ninoy Aquino International Airport (MNL) and Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi (DEL), with the inaugural flight on December 14, 2026. The route had previously been operated via Bangkok, with the last Delhi service ending in June 2013, according to AeroRoutes.
The Manila–Delhi service will operate three times weekly on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. PR642 departs Manila at 10:40 PM, arriving in Delhi at 3:00 AM the following morning; the return PR643 departs Delhi at 8:15 AM and arrives in Manila at 5:00 PM, per AeroRoutes and Live From A Lounge.
PAL will deploy the Airbus A321neo, configured with 168 seats: 12 lie-flat Business Class and 156 Economy Class, as reported by Live From A Lounge. The A321neo's extended range makes the nonstop Manila–Delhi sector viable without a technical stop.
Once launched, PAL will join Air India as one of only two carriers offering nonstop Manila–Delhi service, according to Live From A Lounge. Both new India routes remain subject to Indian government regulatory approval. The Delhi resumption is part of a simultaneous India expansion that also adds a brand-new Manila–Mumbai route from December 15, 2026.
