Philippine Airlines (PAL) will resume nonstop service between Manila Ninoy Aquino International Airport (MNL) and Dubai International Airport (DXB) on October 2, 2026, the airline announced on June 29. The route will initially operate four times weekly on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, with plans to increase to daily flights "as operational considerations allow," according to Gulf News.
Flight PR 658 departs Manila at 12:50pm and arrives in Dubai at 6:00pm, while the return flight PR 659 leaves Dubai at 7:45pm and arrives in Manila at 9:10am the following day. To mark the return of the route, PAL is offering an introductory all-inclusive round-trip fare starting from US$650 for a limited period, subject to terms and conditions, according to Great Travel Philippines.
The Manila–Dubai corridor is one of the busiest routes connecting the Philippines with the Middle East, serving a large overseas Filipino worker community in the UAE alongside leisure and business travelers. PAL had suspended the route following disruptions linked to the US-Israel-Iran conflict earlier in 2026. The airline's CEO Richard Nuttall had previously told Gulf News that Dubai service remained undecided while Doha flights were prioritised; the October announcement resolves that uncertainty.
PortCalls and Business Travel News both confirmed the October 2 restart date.
