easyJet is launching a new route between London Luton Airport (LTN) and Rabat–Salé Airport (RBA) on November 5, 2026, creating the first scheduled nonstop service connecting London Luton with Morocco's capital. The service operates twice weekly, on Thursdays and Sundays, according to Simple Flying and confirmed by multiple trade sources.
The London Luton–Rabat route is a brand-new city pair: no airline has previously operated a scheduled nonstop service from Luton to Rabat. easyJet already serves Morocco from London Luton with twice-weekly flights to Marrakesh and three-weekly flights to Agadir, but this service makes Luton the only London airport with direct flights to the Moroccan capital, according to Simple Flying.
The launch is part of a wider easyJet winter expansion in which seven new UK routes were introduced in just three days in early November, including Newcastle–Kraków, Newcastle–Marrakesh, Liverpool–Reykjavík and Manchester–Nuremberg. The Sun listed the Luton–Rabat service among the new winter sun options from UK airports this season.
Rabat offers historic architecture, a UNESCO-listed Medina, and mild winter weather. Overall this winter, easyJet offers approximately 33 weekly flights to Morocco from London-area airports, according to Cirium scheduling data cited by Simple Flying.
