Delta's EVP and Chief Commercial Officer Joe Esposito described the Paris launch as part of a broader Austin strategy: the carrier expects to serve roughly 30 destinations from Austin-Bergstrom with over 70 peak-day departures by summer 2027, backed by a 15-gate expansion at the airport's future Concourse A. The Paris announcement came alongside new daily Austin–San Diego and second daily Austin–San Jose service from April 12, 2027. Business Travel News
