British Airways will resume nonstop service between London Heathrow Airport (LHR) and Orlando International Airport (MCO) on July 21, 2026, operating a short seasonal run through August 29, according to Simple Flying.

Flights operate three times weekly on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. The 272-seat Boeing 777-200ER is deployed on the route, featuring Club World business class suites but no first class in this configuration, per Simple Flying. The timing is intentional: the operating period aligns precisely with the UK summer school holiday window, when demand for Florida travel peaks sharply for family travelers.

BA last served LHR–Orlando in 2022, making this a return to the Heathrow routing after a four-year gap. The airline's separate London Gatwick–Orlando service continues alongside the new Heathrow flights. When combined with Virgin Atlantic's Heathrow–MCO operation, Orlando will see up to three daily London departures in July and August 2026 — equaling the joint-highest on record for the route pair — per Simple Flying.

Crystal Travel confirmed the schedule and noted that BA's US network will reach 28 routes for the peak summer month. The new Heathrow–Orlando service is listed on British Airways' own new-routes page.
