Pegasus Airlines will resume four-weekly nonstop service from Istanbul Sabiha Göçen Airport (SAW) to Damascus International Airport (DAM) from June 3, 2026, using Boeing 737-800 aircraft. Flight PC772 operates on Mondays (departing 06:35), Wednesdays and Sundays (departing 07:10), and Fridays (departing 07:50), with return PC773 services on corresponding days.
The Damascus resumption is the higher-frequency of two Syrian services Pegasus restores simultaneously, alongside Istanbul–Aleppo (from June 2, 3x weekly). CAPA – Centre for Aviation confirmed both resumptions on May 25, 2026, noting Pegasus will "resume two Syria services from summer 2026." Aviation news outlet aerohaber_aeronews stated on Instagram that "Flights to Damascus will operate four times weekly."
AeroRoutes published the schedule data on May 20, 2026 (published 08:00 PDT / 15:00 GMT). Trip.com shows Pegasus-operated Istanbul–Damascus itineraries bookable from June 3 onward, independently corroborating the schedule.
Damascus International Airport has resumed international commercial operations as Syria rebuilds its aviation sector following the late-2024 political transition. Multiple European and regional carriers—including Dan Air (Bucharest–Damascus already in schedule), AJet, and others—have restored or announced Syrian services in 2025–2026.
Pegasus is Turkey's largest low-cost carrier, operating to more than 100 destinations across 40+ countries from its Sabiha Göçen base.
