Yellow Cab of Victoria is the licensed taxi provider, with vehicles available curbside directly outside the arrivals terminal. The journey to downtown Victoria typically takes 30-40 minutes and costs approximately $60-$70 CAD. Ride-hailing services such as Uber and Lyft also operate from the airport with designated pick-up zones.
Car rental counters are conveniently located in the arrivals area of the terminal building. Major providers include Avis, Budget, Hertz, National, and Enterprise. After checking in at the counter, vehicles can be picked up from the parking lot directly opposite the terminal.
BC Transit offers public bus service to and from the airport. The bus stop is located on the curb outside the arrivals terminal. Key routes include Route 88 (Airport/Downtown), which connects to downtown Victoria via the McTavish Exchange. A single cash fare is $2.50, and exact change is required.

The folks at the local flight school, Victoria Flying Club, are nice and competent and their aircraft are very well kept. Very nice area to fly around if you're visiting.
