Belavia will launch a new nonstop route from Minsk National Airport (MSQ) to Bangkok Suvarnabhumi (BKK) on 25 October 2026, the first day of the Northern Winter 2026/27 IATA season. AeroRoutes filed the schedule in June 2026, describing the service as a new Thailand route for the Belarusian carrier. Simple Flying also identifies it as Belavia's first scheduled flights to Thailand.
The service operates weekly on Saturdays using an Airbus A330-200. Per AeroRoutes, flight B2799 departs Minsk at 03:10 and arrives Bangkok at 17:05 local time. Return flight B2800 departs Bangkok at 19:05, arriving Minsk at 01:50 the following morning.
Belavia is the national carrier of Belarus, headquartered at Minsk National Airport and operating routes across Europe, the Middle East, Russia, Central Asia, and Southeast Asia. The A330-200 deployment places this among the carrier's longest-range widebody operations. The seasonal service aligns with peak Northern Winter leisure demand from Belarus and neighboring markets to Thai destinations, running through to the end of the IATA winter season in late March 2027.
