I work my ass of for my money and this Xmas I wanted to get my daughter a puppy and she fell in love with the picture of the puppy and wanted it so I told the person I wanted the dog but something was not right and now that I read this I won't proceed with the payment. Yes she was all religious as well and started bringing up some Bible verses and stuff now she will pay their consequences because with god no one messes with him. Stupid people !

Hi, it's that true? I wanna adopt pups too.. but they asked me to make payment via western union. I was afraid that i got cheated by them. The payment details similar to yours as well, but the name, rest question and answer is different.

I received emails with pics of the pups, asked detailed questions about how I would care for them etc.... then asked for nearest airport etc... this is the email about me sending payment for their travel.
below is a copy of the email which the delivery agency sent to me . what you need to do is to confirm your address and copy the western union address on the email and make the payment. when you make the payment get back to the delivery agency with the transfer details so that the payment can be confirmed and the flight schedule will be sent to you which contain flight departure time , flight arrival time and the names of the delivery agent that will deliver the dogs at your house address .

I found on craiglists.com Persian kittens for free. When I email them they told me it is free you just need to pay transportation fee for $120. They send me a photo but all of them had elshetlay marks (web that sell persian kitten in germany) I got 3 emil confarmation

Husky Puppies for $160. . .i paid this yesterday and guess what i looked them up right now. I thought this was all legit since I had to sign some papers and everything. But then I looked up on this because they asked me to send $700 for insurance and that I could get this back after I receive my puppy. I feel stupid stupid now. THIS JUST HAPPENED TO ME. I was going along with it all and then I realized when I went on Google to look at different colored huskies and what not in images, and BAM all of "Amy's" photos. You completely nailed everything. Even down to the misspelling and awful English. I also found the same ad with different information and the email later became suspended and invalid. I really hate these people.... I looked up Amy Claris on Facebook and a foreign chick came up.... Luckily this website came up as soon as I entered the name in Google, so beware dude(s). - if it's from Cameroon, it's a scam.
- If they ask for money using Western Union or Moneygram or any other wire transfer service, it's a scam.

If you want a pet, go to a breeder and see the pet and pay for the pet and take the pet home. You'll be a lot better off.

I was scammed yesterday! was lead to beleive i was buying a ragdoll kitten from Waterlooville hampshire UK emailed the people.. who emailed back to tell me they were in 12 berryden road,peterhead,Aberdeenshire,ab42 2fe .. and could delvery the kitten via pet carrier... Steven and carol who sold the kitten put me incontact with Jarvis Powell the pet carrier . who i paid ... but i paid a Kevin Mkonghoyo in douala Cameroon! no kitten no money ! was sucked in! but we have their mobiles and a land line number for cameroon ! as jarvis called us from it when my hubby tried to ask for the money back! Kristal Green (real name Elmeda Muta) promised on the bible that I would receive the pups. The man delivering them was robbed when he went to get the transportation money so he cudnt come down, then someone else tried to claim the pups. I can write a book about this. I have been scammed out of 9000.00 usd & they are still trying to get more from me. The flight tickets expired, feedings, robbery (of course nothing insured). They spoke of the LORD like true Christians. How can they use GOD so horribly. I may have lost the battle but not the war becuz I have GOD on my side & he will handle them on his time. Right now 2months & some days later they call me & say they have put up all the money but 200.00 usd to get them to me by Skypet. Skypet said they are doing me a favor becuz of Brian at Air France. I have a question for you in regards to this scam. When you paid for the actually certificate of ownership (so the person says) did you get an email from urpet. Ex sayin to pay for the money through western union? And then when you did so did you get an email saying when the flight would be taking off from cameroon and arriving at your destination

hi sarah, i dont know if it is to late, but i fell for a scam for sugar gliders from cameroon, and i called the Western Credit Union (which im assuming they asked you to wire money from) and they have a fraud hotline and it allows you to cancel your money transfers. Yes, you got screwed, and if you keep dealing with them you're going to get even more screwed. They'll send you a cashiers check and have you send the money via Western Union to an accomplice. Then you will discover the cashiers check is forged and the money you send it gone forever. They use Western Union because it's untracable.

The shipping company globalpetxpres.net.ms - first they say they need $625 for life insurance before they'll ship it from Cameroon and then $675 to get it out of Quarantine in France. I'm not sure if the owner is in on it or not or even if the pet I bought even exists, which I hope it does and I really really hope I get it soon, but it's looking less and less likely.

unfortunately we were suckered into this scam from a man that calls himself rubin tucker. he says his son died in a car accident and needs to get rid of the puppies cuz of bad memories. we fell for it and the only thing he asked was for $198.00 which is transfer paper work. then rubin would send out the puppies in the next flight. but the next day we got a bogus email from the airport in cameroon asking for more money $588.00 cuz they were not in a safe crate.. they even sent bogus pics... when i called the number for the airport which was also bogus and saw everyone elses postings... i was pissed. thank god i didnt sent them more money. but the jerks got another thing coming cuz he was stupid enough to call me on my cell phone { caller id is great} cuz he was wanting the wetern union money of 198.00 so badly and in a hurry.. i called him back after all this and told him off. and its not going to stop there. my local newspaper that posted this guys listing and the attorney general will here of this. rubin WILL get prosecuted in his own country.

This email is being used in puppy scam. It's easy to tell, Yorkshire Terrier, Bulldog or some other adorable breed, offer for adoption, AKC registered, etc. Scam.

Those of you who have been scammed, if you want to assist other people in who might be scammed it is imperative that you post all the information on the scam you can including: Post email address / Western Union information / telephone numbers / website / physical address. The websites can be removed for abuse and the other information will stay on the internet and can be Googled by potential victims who will be alerted to the scam. She quickly needed to find him a good home, and so on...... She sent me a list of questions for me to answer, and pictures on two different occasions of this puppy. I had never before researched about buying a dog online, but sure wished I had. I was naive enough to send her 180.00 thru Western Union. I am happy to say now that I have found this website that she will not be getting anymore money from me. She even sent me itinerary of the puppy's flight today. We were scammed. We sent half the adoption money which was 95 usd. We told the owner we would send the other half when the puppies arrived. The airport which was Douala International Airport Small Pets Department confirmed that the puppies were in transit and that they would go to france first then to our airport here in the states. When the puppies apparently arrived in france, Air France sent me an email stating that they need 570 usd for insurance paper work or they would quarantine the puppies for 2 weeks and it would cost 7000 usd after that. They also told me the 570 usd was refundable. When I googled the email address, it brought me to this site. I also notified Air France who told me that it was a scam, they do not have a small pets department. I informed the seller that he might want to get his local police involved to get his puppies back seeing that he was possibly scammed as well. Just a couple days before that I lost about 420 usd from a puppy scam from Nigeria. Told the wife we will save our money and buy a puppy here in the states. Can't trust anyone from West Africa, as I'm told from a buddy I work with who is from Ganna.

Apparently I got the same person. He said his wife had died 2 weeks ago...my husband told me it was a scam and now I have to tell him he was right...The email was from Kelly Brown in Cameroon that was relocated to do medical work...Glad I looked up this airport location before I did anything else.

We paid an individual in london for a puppy to be shipped to house. we received notification that the puppy had been shipped. We later received a message that the puppy had been shipped to false location. We received a message that the puppy had been sent to cameroon. We then receive another message that we need to pay almost 400,00 Euro for a certain type of transport case and a stress shot. We wrote to the e-mail address and informed that the shipping agency was to pay for the false shipping and we would not pay anything. A e-mail form the Douala International Airport said the the pet agency had paid 800,00 euro and we still owe them 300,00 euro.

Stay away from this woman! She puts on a story that will suck you in.. She says it was her daughters dog and that she died in a car crash 3 weeks beforehand. She comes off as a good "christian" woman. Then I get an email from the airport that I have to send $360 to cover the insurance. I thought it was a little wierd so I didnt send the money. I have been trying to get in touch with the woman so now she wont answer me. I am now out $120. I hate that this happened. Especially during the Christmas season. I emailed the ad, and got a response from a woman whose name was Kristine Lee. She stated that she is 29, pregnant and married to Emmanuel Gomia. She stated they were moving and couldnt take the puppies...This whole story about how her grandfather was breeder and she got a dog for her wedding present and these puppies where the result. I was almost scammed too! Luckily, I couldn't read the address on the email they sent as a "confirmation" So, when I looked up the agency I saw everyone's reports about it all being a scam! I got the same story about a mission trip, blah, blah, blah! Thank goodness for your responses! I sent an email back stating I didn't want to be ripped off but a stupid money hungry thief! I was already scammed, Same story according to yours, her family and her are on a missionary supposedly and when they moved they couldnt take any animals from another country so they are giving them away. They were coming from cameroon and stopping in France. I didn't pay a lot, but I am out $100. Compared to others I would say I am lucky. A friend of mine said it was probably a scam, and when I got an email from the "France" airport, they said that I had to pay an insurance fee, but that it was all refundable. I didn't want to be out $550 so I decided to do some research. Then I found this website, and everyone convinced me. I didn't want to believe but I guess it is true. The bad thing is that i gave some of my information. Now I am going to have to change my phone number.

I'm going through the same thing right now I guess I should of came on this site before to read your comments, I adopted 2 bulldogs and the guy is bending over backwards tryin to make me feel comfortable about this, but I wouldn't send money to him via western Union because I got scamed out of thousands of dollards a few years ago and am not taking chances like that again. but now you guys are saying that if I gave this guy my personal info he will or might commit crimes using my identity?

Hi, there is this guy named Mr. Nash and is trying to give away this Beagle puppy. He wanted me to send $400 dollars canadian to him through western union. I just googled up this site and the one that he sent me was nothing like this and the website was all in different colors. The ad was placed on kijiji.ca. be aware people.

They just found out they are not aloud to bring animals into the country from another country and they just want them to go to a good loving home..... Pictures of the dogs are included...... Ads are being posted on Kijiji that is where I found it.....Be very careful don't let them scam you to...

the same thing happened to me except the bulldog puppy was free and i would only have to pay 110 for the shipping and 40 for the food. they messed up a bit though... they provided pictures at the bottom of their email that let me know how the puppy would be delievered... unfortunatly for them, the pictures had a website located on the dogs' coats they were being delievered in, the affiliation with the airline was non existent. it didnt take me long to figure out that it was a scam. who claims that they own a business and it actually exists without having a website for it and providing fake pictures and not to mention they called me like 12 times one right after the other. come on some people are just ridiculously stupid.

I have been chatting with someone about a puppy only $150.00. Because I kept tell this person I was unsure they offered for me to pay half and after I received the puppy I could pay the rest. Finally I looked up the country and city and found this website amongst others. I immediately wrote back about my findings. I have not heard of anyone since.

OMG!!! The same thing happened to me I saw an ad for a teacup yorkie online and contacted the owner via email about purchasing it. I was under the impression that she was located in the state of North Carolina but she wasn't. She gave me this long drawn out story of how her daughter just died from a brain tumor and she was trying to sell the dog because her daughter was the main caregiver of the dog. I fell for it and I sent a $110.00 money gram and not even two days later I received an email from the Douala airport claiming that the dogs insurance was expired and I would have to send an extra $288.00 to cover the dogs insurance but they said that the money was refundable once the dog arrived in the states. I emailed the owner and she said that she was broke and didn't have the money she said she could only cover $100.00 of it. I told her that I refused to send any more money down there. She gave me this sobb story about how she has fallen on hard times which to me was BS becuase I'm like hell were in a recession everybody is having hard times and she knew the dog's insurance had expired but she still sent it to the airport. so I asked her well why would knowingly send your dog to the airport knowing that her insurance was expired. I knew then that this had to be a scam. So in the end I'm out of $110.00 but I know that I will not purchase anymore anything from overseas especially coming from Douala Airport.

I have been emailing with someone who says he has a english bulldog as well and will be shipping it out of Douala Airport, and would like me to wire him $200.00
I was very interested in his puppy, but now believe it is a fake, and am extremely upset. Thank god I came across this, because I was so close to wiring him money for a bulldgod.

I was told that I would be getting a very cute and loving Bulldog puppy. I felt at the beginning that it was too good to be true. And it was. Thank God I asked a lot of questions about where the dog would be coming from and the location of the airport. I was planning on looking the airport up and calling to confirm the boarding of the dog. As I started searching the internet I came across this comment box and started reading. All the stories sound the same down to the broken english, the pushiness, and how urgent it was that the dogs flight be paid because she was already being sent to the airport the day i first e-mailed them.
After that I felt is was a scam. Wouldn't they need to pay up front to have the dog registered at the airport? I also wanted to know why I could not pay the airport directly from my credit card for the dogs flight. They also said that they were on vacation in Africa. Why would they bring puppies along and try to find homes across seas for them and how would they know the price of the shipping before knowing where the dog would be shipped to. They also seemed to respond back very fast no matter what time in the day it was. The last three e-mails I received were very pushy and trying to make me feel bad about not having paid the shipping. If they were good con-artist they would not have been so pushy and would have made the transaction more to my convenience. Thanks to the other posts now they will definitely not receive my money.

Wow...This is amazing! I have been in search of a yorkie puppy and when I came across the free puppy advertisement on the internet I thought I had hit the jackpot! I had e-mailed an individual regarding the puppy; however, there were two puppies coming as a pair. Unfortunatly I gave out my name and address ( no phone number..Thank God!) thinking I was going to get the puppies this week. I had e-mailed the individual asking if the puppies would be ok to fly among other questions as to the ownership fee and such. I received a reply telling me not to be skeptical! RED FLAG! The e-mail continued on with sentences ending in OK (as I have seen in other postings) and it was very pushy as to me sending the money because the puppies were being packed up. When I received an address to send a money gram to a state and city I have never heard of, I was prompted to google such info. I am so very grateful that many individuals have posted their experiances with this puppy scam. I honestly feel that it is the same people continuing on with this scam. The lady put an ad on craigslist in Dallas But she's in Cameroon and can't keep the puppy All I needed to do was western union money of 90.00 dollars for a new crate to have her shipped in. when they got the money they would mail me time she would arrive but wouldn't tell me what airlines she would be shipped on. its a huge scam. every "puppy" from douala is a scam. they are all 200 dollars and when u pay it u get an email from the airport saying u now owe 550 for the "crate". dont pay anything! get your dog in america or from a breeder.
