On-demand taxi service is available 24/7. The designated taxi stand for the airport's licensed provider, Capital Cabs, is located directly outside the terminal building's main doors.
Car rental counters are located inside the terminal building, across from the arrivals area. Agencies available on-site include Avis, Budget, Enterprise, and National. Pre-booking is recommended.
Regina Transit provides public bus service. Route 11 (Airport/Whitmore Park) connects the airport to downtown Regina and other areas. The bus stop is located on the commercial curb just outside the terminal.

During a fuel stop en route from Calgary to Brampton the FBO staffer offered his car so we could go down the street and grab a bite to eat. I wouldn't EXPECT this from the FBO but it goes to show the friendliness of the people there. Parking the 206 next to a fighter jet was kind of neat too!
