Official, licensed taxi stands are located on the ground level (G) outside the Arrivals Hall. Fares are regulated, with potential surcharges for luggage, extra passengers, or travel at night and on Shabbat. Ride-hailing apps like Gett and Yango are also available. For a shared option, 'Sherut' vans (shared taxis) offer service to specific destinations like Jerusalem and Haifa.
Car rental counters for major international and local companies (including Avis, Hertz, Sixt, and Eldan) are on the first floor (Level 1) of the Arrivals Hall. After completing paperwork, vehicles are collected from the adjacent parking lot. An International Driving Permit may be required depending on your country of origin.
The airport is well-connected by trains and buses. The Israel Railways train station is on the lower level (S) of Terminal 3, with direct, fast routes to Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Haifa, and other cities. Public bus stops are on the second floor (Level 2), offering connections to nearby areas and a direct line (No. 445) to Tel Aviv. Note that most public transport has limited or no service on Shabbat (from Friday afternoon to Saturday evening) and Jewish holidays.
