Taxi services are located on the Arrivals/Baggage Claim level, curbside in Zone D. Taxis are available on-demand, and fares are regulated by the City of Charlotte. It is approximately a 15-20 minute drive to Uptown Charlotte.
The Rental Car Facility is located in the lobby of the Hourly Deck, directly across from the terminal building. Passengers can walk from Arrivals/Baggage Claim to the facility. Major on-site companies include Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz, National, and Sixt.
The Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) offers bus service to and from the airport. The Sprinter (Route 5) provides a direct connection to the Charlotte Transportation Center in Uptown, with connections to the LYNX Blue Line light rail and other bus routes. The bus stop is on the Arrivals/Baggage Claim level in Zone D.
