Public transportation options are limited, with the closest train station being 3 miles away, although a bus stop is 0.5 miles distant.
• Strict Operating Schedule: Visitors are advised that the airfield operates on a strict schedule, requiring arrivals to be on time for their planned flights.
• Landing Fee Payment System: The landing fee is payable at a house on the southwest end of the strip, and if no one is home, payment is made by dropping money through the letterbox.
