City Wide Taxi is the exclusive provider for St. John's International Airport (YYT). Taxis are available 24/7 and can be found at the taxi stand located just outside the Arrivals area of the terminal building. Fares are metered, and all vehicles accept major credit cards.
Car rental counters are conveniently located on the ground level of the Airport Terminal Building, directly across from the baggage claim area. On-site agencies include Avis, Budget, Enterprise, Hertz, National, and Thrifty.
The public transit system, Metrobus, serves the airport via Route 14. The bus stop is located curbside, just outside the Arrivals area. This route connects the airport to Memorial University and the Avalon Mall, where passengers can transfer to other routes to access downtown and other areas of the city. It is recommended to check the Metrobus schedule in advance as service times vary.
