The Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) operates a fleet of air-conditioned, low-floor buses connecting the airport to major destinations within Kochi city (e.g., Vyttila, Fort Kochi) and nearby towns. The bus bay is conveniently located just outside the terminal buildings. The nearest metro station (Aluva) is approximately 10 km away and can be reached by bus or taxi.
