Clark Airport

As a small, privately-owned turf airfield, common reasons for closure include the owner's retirement or death, the sale of the land, or the rising costs of maintenance and insurance. The immediate conversion of the land back to farmland indicates it was no longer desired or viable as an airfield for its owner.

The site has been completely reclaimed for agricultural use. Current satellite imagery shows the land where the runway and hangar once stood is now an active farm field, used for crop cultivation. There are no visible remnants of the former airport infrastructure.

Clark Airport was a small, private general aviation airfield with no significant commercial or military history. Its operations were limited to serving its owner and possibly other local private pilots. The airfield consisted of a single unpaved, north/south turf runway, estimated to be approximately 2,200 feet long, with a small hangar on the west side.
