Common Complaints

• Private Use and Permission Required: The gliderport is designated for private use, and permission is required prior to landing, making it inaccessible for casual public aviation without prior arrangement.
• Irregular Staffing: Attendance at the gliderport is noted as "IREG" (irregular).
• Membership Requirements for Certain Activities: While demo flights can be arranged, specific training and qualifying for tows often require membership in the Kansas Soaring Association (KSA) and Wichita Soaring Association (WSA), involving fees and processing time.
