Taxis are available 24/7 at the taxi stand located directly outside Gate 3 of the passenger terminal. A trip to downtown Cheongju takes approximately 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic. Both cash and credit cards are widely accepted.
Car rental company counters, including major providers like Lotte Rent-a-Car and SK Rent-a-Car, are located on the first floor in the Arrivals Hall. Pre-booking is recommended, especially during peak seasons. Foreign visitors must present a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) along with their home country's driver's license.
The airport is well-connected by public and intercity buses, with stops located outside the terminal.
- City Buses: Rapid Bus 747 is a primary route connecting the airport to downtown Cheongju and the Osong KTX Station. Other local buses, like the 407, also serve the airport. Fares can be paid with a T-money card or cash.
