Taxis are readily available at the taxi stand located just outside the arrivals terminal. Ride-hailing services like Uber and Careem also operate at the airport, offering a convenient alternative for pickups. The journey to Ha'il city center is typically short, around 15-20 minutes.
Several car rental companies have counters inside the airport's arrivals hall. Options include international brands like Budget and Avis, as well as local providers. It is highly recommended to book in advance, especially during peak seasons. Foreign visitors may need an International Driving Permit (IDP) in addition to their national license.
There are currently no dedicated public bus or train services connecting Ha'il Airport to the city center. The primary methods for getting to and from the airport are taxis, ride-hailing apps, or rental cars.

For some reason trolleys are not available to the general public. The workers at the airport keep the trolleys and won't make them available to the general public unless you give them 10 Riyals. Trolleys aren't even available for the general public to take a trolley as needed. The Trolley Mafia will not even give you a trolley unless you give them 10 Riyals first.
Now if someone needs a trolley and a worker this service should be available, however if a patron doesn't need a worker trolleys should be available also.
The airport in Yanbu has trolleys available for departures and arrivals inside and outside the airport terminal. Perhaps management should look into this situation.
