Taxis are available 24/7 on the lower level of the terminal, just outside the baggage claim area. Gator City Taxi is the primary operator. Fares are metered and no reservations are required for arriving passengers.
Rental car counters are located on the lower level of the terminal, adjacent to baggage claim. Major on-site companies include Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz, National, and Thrifty. Vehicles are picked up from the connected parking garage.
The Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) provides bus service. The CT3 "Northside" route connects the airport to the local bus network. A more direct "JAX Airport Express" (Route 1) offers service to downtown Jacksonville. The bus stop is located on the lower level outside baggage claim. Check the JTA schedule as service hours can be limited, especially on weekends and late evenings.
