Executive Jet Management (ICAO: EJM) is a prominent private aviation company specializing in aircraft management and private jet charter services. As a subsidiary of NetJets, which is part of Berkshire Hathaway, EJM operates as a key player in the global private aviation industry.

Executive Jet Management was founded in 1977 in Cincinnati, Ohio, initially as American Air Services. In 1988, it was acquired by Executive Jet Aviation (which later became NetJets) and subsequently renamed Executive Jet Management. The company joined the Berkshire Hathaway family in 1998 when Warren Buffett's company acquired NetJets and EJM. EJM maintains its headquarters at Cincinnati Municipal Lunken Airport in Cincinnati, Ohio. The company also operates from over 100 U.S. locations, with regional bases, including one in Lisbon, Portugal, and operational centers in San Jose, California, and Denver.

EJM manages approximately 250 aircraft and provides access to over 600 private jets for charter through its network of carefully vetted authorized operators, offering more than 50 types of aircraft. The diverse fleet includes various cabin classes such as light, mid-size, super-midsize, large, and long-range jets. Notable aircraft types available for charter include the Bombardier Global 6500, Gulfstream G600, Dassault Falcon 7x, Gulfstream G280, and Embraer Praetor 600. The company's route network is global, enabling access to over 120 countries and territories and more than 5,000 airports worldwide. EJM completed over 41,500 flights in 2021, serving 86,000 passengers.

EJM does not belong to any commercial airline alliances like Star Alliance, SkyTeam, or Oneworld, as it operates in the private jet sector. Its core services include comprehensive aircraft management, which covers crew management, regulatory compliance, flight planning, dispatch, and maintenance, allowing owners to enjoy aircraft ownership without operational complexities. For travelers, EJM offers private jet charter flights with a focus on luxury, personalized service, and amenities such as gourmet in-flight catering, high-speed Wi-Fi, and ground transportation arrangements. Historically, EJM also offered a flat-rate charter program called Ascend, though it was suspended in August 2021.
