Suifenhe Dongning Airport (ZYSD (HSF)) is a public, domestic 4C-level regional airport located in Suiyang town of Dongning county-city in Heilongjiang Province, Northeast China. It is situated approximately 24 kilometers west of Suifenhe city, near the Russian border, with coordinates 44Β° 27β€² 14β€³ N 130Β° 50β€² 38β€³ E.

The airport features one runway that is 2,500 meters (8,202 ft) long and 45 meters wide, equipped with a dual-direction precision approach instrument landing system. Suifenhe Dongning Airport is designed to accommodate C-class aircraft, such as the Boeing 737 and Airbus A320 series, and has a design capacity for 450,000 passengers and 3,600 tons of cargo annually. Its purpose is to serve as a transport hub, facilitating border trade with Russia and promoting tourism and economic development in the region.

Construction of the airport commenced in October 2017, following the approval of its feasibility study in December 2016. A field verification test flight was successfully conducted on September 16, 2021. The airport officially began operations on December 28, 2024.
