🇨🇳 Bozhou Airport (under construction)

Bozhou Airport (ZSBO/BZJ) is a civil airport located in Bozhou, Anhui Province, China, approximately 30-35 minutes from the city center.

• Type of Facility: It is classified as a 4C-class airport, capable of handling medium-haul aircraft like the Boeing 737 and Airbus A320, and serves both domestic passenger and cargo needs. It is designed to accommodate up to one million passengers and 1,900 to 2,650 tons of cargo annually.
• Runway Information: The airport features one runway, measuring 2,600 meters (8,530 ft) in length and 45 meters in width, along with eight parking stands. Its coordinates are approximately 33°33′37″N 115°54′33″E.
• Known Uses: Bozhou Airport provides scheduled commercial service, connecting Bozhou with numerous domestic cities across China. Construction began in 2018, and it was officially named "Bozhou Airport" on October 1, 2023. While some sources indicated a projected opening in late 2024 or late 2025, it is currently operational with active flight schedules as of April 2026.
