The airport features one asphalt runway, designated 18/36, which measures 5,000 feet (1,524 m) in length and 75 feet (23 m) in width. It is utilized for various purposes including general aviation, air taxi, and military operations. The facility offers amenities for pilots and travelers, including refueling services, and supports local economic development by attracting and retaining businesses. Additionally, agricultural sprayer aircraft operate from the airport during the spring and summer months.
Historically, the City of Lebanon acquired land and constructed a 2,400-foot paved runway in the 1950s, which now serves as a taxiway. A 4,000-foot concrete runway was built in 1966 and later extended to 5,000 feet in 1984 with the aid of FAA grant monies.
