Dyersburg Regional Airport (KDYR) is a publicly-owned civil airport located two miles south of Dyersburg in Dyer County, Tennessee, United States. Formerly known as Dyersburg Municipal Airport, it covers 275 acres at an elevation of 338 feet (103 m).

The airport features two asphalt runways:

  • Runway 16/34 is 4,001 by 74 feet (1,220 x 23 m), but it has been indefinitely closed since October 2019 due to its poor condition and major cracks.

KDYR primarily serves general aviation, air taxi, and military operations, with 7,800 aircraft operations reported in the year ending May 2022, 97% of which were general aviation. It functions as a regional employment hub, supporting local businesses for corporate travel, freight handling, and other aviation services. The airport offers services such as aviation fuel, ground handling, parking, hangar leasing, and flight training. Historically, it had commercial service with DC-3s in the late 1950s and early 1960s and gained recognition as the Most Improved Airport in Tennessee in 2015 and Airport of the Year in 2019 by the Tennessee Aeronautics Commission. A notable historical event connected to KDYR is that singers Patsy Cline, Cowboy Copas, and Hawkshaw Hawkins refueled their private plane there on March 5, 1963, shortly before it crashed, killing them.
