Hongyuan Airport (IATA: AHJ, ICAO: ZUHY) is a public, high-altitude, 4C class tourist feeder airport serving Hongyuan County in the Ngawa Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture of Sichuan province, China,. It is situated 3,535 meters (11,598 ft) above sea level.
Construction of the airport began in July 2012, and it officially opened on August 28, 2014,. The airport features a 3,600-meter long and 45-meter wide runway. The terminal building covers 7,500 square meters and has three boarding gates. It is designed to handle an annual passenger throughput of 350,000 people and 1,050 tons of cargo and mail.
Notable features and history include:
- Successful test flight on June 5, 2014, by Air China using an Airbus A319 high-altitude variant aircraft.
- In February 2020, the airport launched air cargo services.
- On September 17, 2022, it supported the inaugural flight of China's first domestically developed large high-altitude meteorological reconnaissance unmanned aerial vehicle.

- As of July 21, 2025, the "Wenzhou-Hongyuan" air route resumed service, providing the only direct air route between Zhejiang Province and Aba Prefecture.
In 2021, the airport handled 22,748 passengers and 566 aircraft movements. During the 2024 summer-autumn flight season, Air China operated scheduled flights to Chengdu and Lhasa.
