When I am travelled in air pegasus from bengalur to kadapa that time was running but still now we have no passengers from bengalur... But I think we have more passengers from chennai ... Why can't shift there

I do not why the airport is not still working. It was said that it would be ready by the end of March. Its been 4 months since that month passed. But there no news regarding this. What's going on? Needed answer. !!
