Lewisburg Airfield serves Lewisburg, US.
Lewisburg Airport (US-5533) operated from 1948 to 1975. It closed because it was privately owned and therefore ineligible for federal funding that was directed to the Penn Valley Airport at Selinsgrove, and it lacked a cement runway, limiting revenue. The site, once a busy hub for private pilots, airmail delivery, and social events like fly-in breakfasts, is now occupied by various businesses, including SUN Orthopedic, Mifflinburg Bank, Playworld Systems, and St. John's United Church of Christ. The last remaining hangar was razed in 2003, and by 2013, no trace of the airfield remained.
