Transwestern Pipeline Airfield 3 serves Leupp, US.
Transwestern Pipeline Airfield 3 (US-1345) was a private airfield built between 1971 and 1977 as part of a network of airfields along the Transwestern Pipeline Company's pipeline in Arizona and New Mexico. It featured a single 5,000-foot paved runway and was primarily used in conjunction with a nearby pumping station; there were no hangars or other aircraft-specific buildings.
The airfield was depicted as active on aeronautical charts until November 1992 and was abandoned sometime between 1992 and 1997, with 1997 aerial views showing the runway marked with closed "X" symbols. As of 2015, the paved runway remained intact but was very deteriorated. The airport is now defunct and has no ICAO or IATA code, though it is identified by the local code US-1345.
