The site is no longer used for any aviation activities.

Ryders Skyport was a private-use general aviation airport that served the local flying community around Gouverneur, NY. It featured a single north/south turf runway, listed in a 1982 directory as being 2,400 feet long. Its operations were primarily for recreational flying, supporting single-engine aircraft. It was not a commercial or military facility, but served as a local hub for private pilots and aviation enthusiasts, likely including members of the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA).
