Sättna Airport (ICAO: ESNT), also known as Fält 45 Sättna, was a military airbase in Västernorrland County, Sweden, built in 1964 as a BAS60 standard airfield. It served as a base for Saab J29 and later Saab J32 Lansen aircraft. The base was closed in 1998 following a defense decision in 1996.
The site was purchased in 2001 by SHRA Sundsvall and is now known as Sundsvall Raceway, primarily used for drag racing and vehicle training. Although it has no official airfield status, it is occasionally used by the FFK (Swedish Volunteer Flying Corps).

The closure was due to economic and land-use reasons. The landowner, major Swedish forestry company Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolaget (SCA), decided not to renew the lease agreement with the aviation clubs that operated from the airfield, effectively forcing its closure.
The airport is permanently closed and decommissioned. The ICAO identifier SE-0089 is defunct. The site is no longer maintained as an airfield; the runway is overgrown with vegetation and is slowly being reclaimed by the surrounding forest. The land is owned and managed by the forestry company SCA as part of their commercial timberland holdings.
Sättna Airport, known locally as Sättna Flygfält, was a small general aviation airfield with significant local importance. It was the primary home for Sundsvalls Segelflygklubb (Sundsvall's Gliding Club) and Sundsvalls Flygklubb (Sundsvall's Flying Club). For several decades, it served as a vital center for recreational flying, glider towing and soaring, and flight training for light aircraft in the Sundsvall region of Västernorrland County. The airfield consisted of a single unpaved (grass/gravel) runway and basic club facilities, typical of a small, privately operated field.
There are no known plans or prospects for reopening Sättna Airport. The former operating clubs have successfully relocated their activities to the larger, fully-equipped Sundsvall-Härnösand Airport (ICAO: ESNN, IATA: SDL). Given that the land is owned by a private forestry company and the local aviation community has established a new base, the likelihood of the Sättna airfield ever being restored for aviation use is extremely low.
