Two types of taxi services are available at the arrivals area. Coupon Taxis offer fixed, pre-paid rates based on your destination zone; purchase a coupon at the designated counter inside the terminal. Metered Taxis are also available just outside the building, with fares dependent on the meter reading, traffic, and distance.
Several car rental companies, including international and local providers, have service counters within the arrivals hall. Options range from self-drive to chauffeur-driven vehicles. Booking in advance online or via phone is highly recommended to ensure vehicle availability, especially during peak seasons.
Air-conditioned shuttle vans are the most common public transport option. They operate on a point-to-point (P2P) basis from the airport to major hubs in Iloilo City, like SM City Iloilo, for a fixed fare. For a more local experience, you can walk to the main highway outside the airport complex to catch multicabs or jeepneys heading towards nearby towns and Iloilo City proper.
I will be purchasing two tickets (one from HKG to ILO, and one from ILO to DVO) so need to self-transfer. Wanted to double check how much time I need.
I hope the iloilo airport provides DRINKING FOUNTAIN both on international and domestic terminals... ang mahal ng tubig sa loob ng airport. Davao, cebu, and naia have drinking fountains.... ang mahal ng terminal fee but the services suck esp sa international terminal
Gusto mo nga na mas maaga dahil early morning flight, but the waiting area ay nasa labas... ang daming LAMOK. Saan naman napunta ang terminal fee na 200? Grabeeeeee

Reply to @ptomblin: On second thoughts, maybe it would be better to close the old entry and make a new one, or make an entry for the old one and mark it closed since the new airport has the same ICAO and IATA codes. I'll let @david make the call.

the new airport of iloilo, the Iloilo International Airport is in Sta. Barbara and Cabatuan Area. more or less 22kms from the old Iloilo domestic airport which is what most of your data here describes.
the new iloilo airport actually has 2500m runway.
