🇵🇭 Allah Valley Airport

Allah Valley Airport (RPMA (AAV)) is a civil domestic airport located in Surallah, South Cotabato, Philippines. It primarily handles local flights and serves as a gateway to the Allah Valley region. The airport is categorized as a midsized facility with a single asphalt runway (16/34) measuring approximately 4396 x 98 feet (1,340 meters x 30 meters). It operates under Visual Flight Rules (VFR) approaches and is designated for general aviation (GA) traffic only.

Historically, Allah Valley Airport was a bustling hub in the 1970s and 1980s, accommodating aircraft like Fokker 50s and BAC 111s, and providing a vital link for commerce and mobility in the SOCCSKSARGEN region, with routes to cities such as Cebu and Davao.

Currently, the airport "stands silent" with its potential largely untapped. While its asphalt runway remains intact, it is sometimes used by locals as a racing strip. There are no scheduled commercial services, no fuel available, no airport lighting, and it is not an airport of entry with no customs facilities. A House Bill introduced in October 2025 highlights efforts to rehabilitate and modernize the facility to foster agricultural empowerment, boost tourism, encourage business expansion, aid in disaster response, and create livelihood opportunities for the community.
