Taxi stands are located directly outside the arrivals hall of both the Domestic and International terminals. Taxis are readily available and offer metered fares. A trip to central Naha city takes approximately 15-20 minutes and typically costs between ¥1,500 and ¥2,000, depending on traffic.
Numerous car rental companies have service counters on the first floor of the Domestic Terminal. Major providers include Toyota Rent a Car, Orix, Times, and Nippon Rent-A-Car. After completing paperwork at the counter, customers are taken by a free shuttle bus to a nearby depot to pick up their vehicle. Booking in advance is highly recommended. An International Driving Permit (IDP) is required for most foreign drivers.
The airport is well-connected by the Yui Rail (Okinawa Urban Monorail) and buses. The Yui Rail station is directly connected to the 2nd floor of the Domestic Terminal, providing convenient access to central Naha, Kokusai Dori street, and Shuri Castle. Additionally, local, limousine, and expressway buses depart from stops outside the terminal buildings, connecting the airport to destinations across Okinawa Island, including major hotels and tourist sites.
Hi
I like watching naha airport webcam, but most of the time the cam is on the city which is boring and one cannot see anything except traffic. the aiport webcam is only for an hour or two which is very inconvenient for me, i like to see planes land and take off. Do you have intention of putting webcams at the aiport only covering both terminals.
Thank you
George
