Taxis are available at a stand directly outside the main terminal building. The fare is metered. A trip to JR Tottori Station takes about 15-20 minutes, while a ride to the Tottori Sand Dunes takes approximately 10-15 minutes. Shared taxi services may also be available but typically require advance reservations.
Several major car rental companies, including Toyota Rent-A-Car, Nippon Rent-A-Car, and Orix Rent-A-Car, have service counters located within the arrivals lobby of the terminal. An Airport Limousine Bus operates between the airport and JR Tottori Station. The bus schedule is conveniently timed to coincide with flight arrivals and departures. The journey to Tottori Station takes about 20 minutes. From the station, travelers can connect to local buses for sightseeing (including the Kirin Jishi Loop Bus to the Sand Dunes) and JR trains.
