Taxis and ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are available. High Mountain Taxi and Vail Valley Taxi are the primary local taxi providers. Pick-up is located curbside outside the baggage claim area. It is highly recommended to pre-book services, especially during peak seasons.
Several major car rental companies have counters inside the terminal building near baggage claim. Options include Avis, Budget, Enterprise, Hertz, and National. Vehicles are located in a lot adjacent to the terminal. Advance reservations are strongly recommended, particularly for 4WD/AWD vehicles during the winter ski season.
