Taxi ranks are located directly outside the arrivals hall. Services like Queenstown Taxis and Green Cabs are readily available. Rideshare services such as Uber and Ola also operate from a dedicated pickup zone near the terminal.
Multiple car rental companies have service desks inside the terminal building, opposite the baggage claim area. Major providers include Avis, Budget, Hertz, Ezi Car Rental, and Thrifty. It is highly recommended to book in advance, especially during peak season. Cars are collected from the rental car park adjacent to the terminal.
The Orbus public bus service provides an affordable connection to Queenstown's town centre, Frankton, and other nearby areas. Route 1 runs frequently between the airport and the town centre. The bus stop is located just outside the terminal. Fares are significantly cheaper when using a Bee Card (a reusable transit card), which can be purchased at the airport or on the bus.
