The airpark features two runways:
- Runway 15/33 is a paved asphalt runway, 3,026 by 70 feet (922 by 21 meters), and is in fair condition with medium intensity runway lights.
- Runway 04/22 is a turf/grass runway, 1,805 by 100 feet (550 by 30 meters), in good condition, and is restricted to ultralight and STOL (Short Take-Off and Landing) aircraft only.
Arthur Dunn Air Park primarily serves as a general aviation reliever airport for small recreational and business flights. It is home to Skydive Space Coast, a skydiving operation that generates a significant portion of the airport's traffic. The airport also offers services such as aircraft repair, avionics, custom paint, flight training, and T-hangar rentals, and hosts an Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) chapter.
Historically, the airpark was established as a county airport in late 1927, initially functioning as an emergency landing field for U.S. Airmail. During World War II, it served as an auxiliary outlying field for U.S. Navy pilots before returning to civilian use in 1945. Ownership was transferred to the Titusville-Cocoa Airport Authority in 1966.
