Cape Fear Regional Jetport / Howie Franklin Field Airport (KSUT) is a public-use general aviation facility located in Brunswick County, North Carolina, United States. It is owned by the Brunswick County Airport Commission and situated one nautical mile northeast of Oak Island, North Carolina.

The airport features one runway, designated 5/23, with an asphalt surface measuring 5,505 feet by 100 feet (1,678 x 30 m). Its known uses include *general aviation, flight training (for both airplanes and helicopters), sightseeing tours, and skydiving operations*. The facility also provides aircraft maintenance services and offers 24-hour self-service fuel (100LL and Jet-A). Beyond general aviation, it serves as an economic engine and provides public services, including aerovac (medical evacuation) and support for Coast Guard operations.

Historically, the airport opened in May 1961 as Brunswick County Airport, initially with a grass strip. The runway was asphalted in the early 1970s and extended over the years, reaching its current length of 5,505 feet by 2010. It was later renamed Howie Franklin Field in honor of its director, Howie Franklin, who played a significant role in the airport's growth and previously served as Air Force One's chief flight steward for five U.S. presidents.
