🇺🇸 NAS Fort Worth JRB / Carswell Field

Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base (NAS JRB) Fort Worth, also known as Carswell Field (KNFW/FWH), is a joint defense facility located in Fort Worth, Texas, approximately 5 miles west of downtown Fort Worth.

Type of Facility and Operations:

• It is the first joint reserve base in the United States, established in 1994, and is home to various Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Army, and Texas Air National Guard units.
• The base's primary purpose is to train and deploy combat-ready forces, providing support and training for reserve and guard personnel across all branches of the Armed Services.
