The airport features a single asphalt runway, designated 13/31, which measures 5,002 by 100 feet (1,525 x 30 meters). There are ongoing plans to extend the runway to 6,000 feet. The runway is equipped with lighting for night operations.

It serves as a key access point for regional attractions such as the Martinsville Speedway and Primland Luxury Resort.
