Hasegawa Airfield (JP-2218) in Matsumoto, Japan, is a defunct airport with no ICAO or IATA code. It was originally established as Matsumoto Airfield by the Imperial Japanese Army in October 1943, with construction starting in February 1944 and completion in August 1945. The airfield was used by special attack units and for training with "Red Dragonfly" trainer aircraft.

After World War II, much of the land was converted back to agricultural use, and the former runway became a road. The site of the former Imperial Japanese Army Matsumoto Airfield is now partly occupied by Shinshu-Matsumoto Airport. There is also a JGSDF Camp Matsumoto airport located at 0 miles from Hasegawa Airfield.
