The site is completely abandoned and derelict. The paved runway, approximately 550 meters long, remains visible but is in a state of severe disrepair. It is cracked, weathered, and extensively overgrown with grass and weeds, rendering it unusable for any form of aviation. The land is not officially repurposed and appears to be unused, though it may be accessed informally by locals for walking or other recreational activities.

The Enova Airstrip, known locally as Aeródromo de L'Ènova, was a private airfield dedicated to general aviation, primarily serving the ultralight (ULM - Ultraligero) aircraft community. Its significance was purely local, providing a base for recreational pilots and flying clubs in the La Costera and Ribera Alta comarcas of Valencia. Given its location in a heavily agricultural area, it may have also occasionally supported agricultural aviation operations like crop spraying. It never handled commercial passenger traffic or had any significant military role.

There are no known plans, proposals, or prospects for reopening the Enova Airstrip. The runway surface has deteriorated to a point where it would require complete reconstruction and significant financial investment to become operational again. Furthermore, the expansion of the nearby town of L'Ènova over the years would likely create challenges regarding noise and safety, making any attempt to reactivate the airfield highly improbable.
