Escravos Airport (DNES) is a private aviation facility located in Escravos, Delta State, Nigeria, approximately 60 km south of Warri city. It is owned and operated by Chevron Nigeria Limited (CNL) and is restricted for private use, primarily serving the Escravos oil terminal to support offshore and onshore oil and gas operations.
The airport features a single paved asphalt runway, designated 13/31, with a reported length of approximately 1,770 meters (5,807 feet). Situated in a coastal delta environment, its elevation is about 3 meters (10 feet) above sea level. Construction of the airstrip began in 1964 by the Gulf Oil Company, which was later acquired by Chevron. The facility facilitates the transport of personnel and equipment for Chevron and its contractors, such as Bristow Helicopters and Caverton Aviation.
