Airport taxis and limousines are available 24/7 on Level 1 (Arrivals curb, outside the centre door). Fares are metered and a per-trip airport pickup fee applies. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are also available for pickup at designated zones on the Arrivals curb.
Car rental agencies are conveniently located in the Parkade (P1), directly across the street from the terminal building. On-site companies include Avis, Budget, Enterprise, Hertz, and National. It is recommended to book your vehicle in advance.
OC Transpo, the local public transit authority, provides bus service to and from the airport. Route 97 offers frequent service connecting the airport to downtown Ottawa and the O-Train's Line 1 light rail system. The bus stop is located on Level 1 (Arrivals) at Pillar 17. Fares can be paid with a PRESTO card, credit card tap, or exact cash.

Gatineau is having its runway resurfaced during the summer of 2008. It's going to be shut down completely overnight from 00z (8:00 pm local) until 10z (6:00 am local) starting on Tuesday 19 August 2008, and has only about 2,700 ft available during the rest of the day.
We use this airport quite a bit for practice work. No landing fees for single engine, easy MF to help with radio work. Very quiet area and is just about 3-5 minutes from Rockliffe. Nice long runway and a decent place to park and eat.
