There are no dedicated taxi stands at the airport. A local taxi service is available but must be called by phone for pickup. It is highly recommended to arrange transportation in advance of your arrival.
Major car rental agencies do not operate in Kuujjuarapik. It may be possible to rent a vehicle (such as a truck or ATV) from local businesses or the cooperative hotel, but arrangements must be made well in advance and availability is not guaranteed.
There is no public transit system like buses or trains in Kuujjuarapik. The community is small and the airport is located close to the village, so walking is a common option. Many visitors arrange for a pickup with their hotel or local contact.

I have over 200 landings with the B737-200 and never had any problems with the RWY.
A precise approach and touchdown point is all you need.
BTW i flew into YGW when there were 2 strips before they condemned 03/21
Flew in many times, B737-200 and Lockheed L188. Short runway, often icy. No overuns at either end.
