PAL Airlines is the primary carrier, operating regular services that connect Nain with other Labrador coastal communities and the main regional hub, Goose Bay Airport (CYYR). Flights are operated using turboprop aircraft, like the DHC-6 Twin Otter, which are well-suited for the airport’s short, gravel runway and the region's challenging weather.
