The Tamboré and Alphaville neighborhoods of Barueri are known for having one of the highest concentrations of corporate headquarters and high-net-worth residents in Brazil. When active, the heliport's main operation was providing executive and VIP transport, allowing shoppers, mall executives, and local business leaders to bypass São Paulo's severe road traffic. It was part of an extensive network of private heliports that cater to the region's significant helicopter traffic.

There are no known plans or prospects for reopening this heliport. The land has been permanently repurposed, and the demand for helicopter access in the area is well-served by numerous other active private and corporate heliports in the immediate vicinity.
