Aeroandres Heliport

The site is a private residential estate. An analysis of recent satellite imagery of the coordinates (-23.395278, -46.638889) confirms that the physical infrastructure of the helipad, including the concrete pad and 'H' marking, remains intact on the property's grounds. However, since its exclusion from the official registry, it is no longer a legal aerodrome and cannot be used for aircraft takeoffs or landings.

Aeroandres Heliport (BR-2028) was a private-use helipad. Its significance was limited to serving the transportation needs of the owner of the residential property on which it was located. Situated in Mairiporã, a municipality in the affluent northern part of the São Paulo metropolitan area, it was typical of the many private helipads used by business executives and wealthy individuals to bypass the city's chronic traffic congestion. Operations would have consisted of single-helicopter, private flights under Visual Flight Rules (VFR), connecting the residence to business districts, airports, and other locations in the region. It held no public, commercial, or strategic military importance.

There are no known public plans or prospects for reopening the Aeroandres Heliport. Since it was a private facility closed at the owner's discretion, any potential reopening would depend entirely on the initiative of the property's current or a future owner. They would be required to submit a new application for registration with ANAC and ensure the facility complies with all current aviation safety and infrastructure regulations.
