Kuurne Heliport

The heliport's sole purpose was to serve the company's corporate travel needs. It was used for executive transport, allowing company leadership and key personnel to bypass road traffic and travel quickly to other business sites, major airports like Brussels (EBBR), or to visit clients. Its significance is purely corporate, representing an era when major industrial companies in the region invested in private aviation to support their business operations.

There are no known plans or prospects for reopening the Kuurne Heliport.
